Published fee rates
Steam Support currently lists a 5% Steam transaction fee with a $0.01 minimum and a 10% Team Fortress 2 game fee. The buyer pays the fees; the calculator estimates the seller proceeds represented by a buyer-facing market price.
Formula
For each key, the estimate searches cent values for the highest seller proceeds whose proceeds plus the estimated Steam and TF2 fees do not exceed the buyer price. Each result is then multiplied by the key count.
