These terms govern access to tf2cart and its TF2 key trading, deposit, withdrawal, balance, and swap features.

tf2cart is independent and is not affiliated with Valve or Steam. Steam sign-in uses official Steam OpenID on steamcommunity.com; tf2cart never asks for your Steam password.

By accessing tf2cart, signing in, or using a trade, deposit, withdrawal, or swap feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and compliance
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement, have a valid Steam account, and use tf2cart only where permitted by applicable law. You may not use the service where prohibited by sanctions, export controls, or other applicable restrictions.
3. Independent service
tf2cart is an independent automated service for trading supported Team Fortress 2 keys and stablecoin balances. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.
4. Account and wallet responsibility
You are responsible for your Steam account, wallet, trade URL, destination address, and transaction details. tf2cart is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts, stolen credentials, incorrect trade URLs, unauthorized wallet access, or transactions approved by you.
5. Quotes, pricing, and availability
Key prices, stablecoin quotes, fees, stock, limits, and routes may change with market and service conditions. Quotes and invoices expire. A transaction uses the price, stock, and fee details confirmed for that order.
6. Crypto transactions
Blockchain transfers are generally final. Send the exact supported token and amount on the exact network shown, and provide a correct destination address. Wrong networks, unsupported assets, incorrect addresses, or insufficient wallet gas can cause delay or loss.
7. Website balance is not insured
Website balance is not a bank account, deposit account, or investment product. It is not insured, earns no interest, and is not protected by a deposit guarantee scheme. Withdraw balance when you are ready to receive it.
8. Prohibited use and denial of service
You may not exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate quotes or stock, use unauthorized automation, abuse the platform, engage in fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering, unlawful or unethical conduct, or interfere with other users. tf2cart may restrict or deny service while suspected misuse is reviewed.
9. Third-party services and downtime
tf2cart depends on Steam, blockchains, wallets, RPC providers, and routing services. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted access, confirmation times, Steam availability, or successful execution of every transaction.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tf2cart and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use, inability to use, or improper use of the service.
11. No financial advice
tf2cart does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for evaluating cryptocurrency and digital-item risks and complying with your local obligations.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version and updated date are published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
