Contact support

1. Information collected

tf2cart processes your Steam ID, public Steam name and avatar, trade URL, last login IP address, transaction history, selected token and network, public blockchain addresses and transaction hashes, balance records, and support information you provide.

2. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your session, load eligible TF2 inventory, send and verify Steam Trade Offers, detect payments, maintain balances and history, process withdrawals or swaps, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and provide support.

3. Cookies and local storage

Authentication uses a signed HttpOnly session cookie and a session-bound CSRF cookie with Secure and SameSite protections in production. Local storage remembers language, cached public statistics, and identifiers needed to restore an active invoice or trade screen. tf2cart does not currently run advertising cookies.

4. Service providers

The service communicates with Steam, blockchain nodes and explorers, infrastructure providers, and transaction-routing services as needed. Public blockchain transfers are visible on their networks. Providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Retention

Account, ledger, order, and blockchain records are retained as reasonably necessary to operate the service, reconcile balances, prevent duplicate settlement, investigate disputes, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations.

6. Security

tf2cart uses access controls and technical safeguards, but no Internet or blockchain system can guarantee absolute security. Never send your Steam password or wallet private key to tf2cart support.

7. Questions and requests

Use the contact page for privacy questions or account-data requests. Some financial and security records may need to be retained for reconciliation, fraud prevention, or applicable legal requirements.
