A three-person team
The service is operated by a team of three people. Two are developers responsible for the frontend and backend systems, while the team also handles operations, customer support, monitoring, and product decisions.

Frontend work covers the exchange experience, invoice and Steam-offer status, account history, accessibility, mobile behavior, public guides, and clear fee or network information.
Backend and operations
Backend work covers Steam Trade Offers, inventory and stock accounting, blockchain payment detection, stablecoin balances, withdrawals, swaps, idempotent ledger entries, monitoring, and recovery from external service failures.
How we operate
